I am very excited and blessed to be teaching 3rd grade starting in 2023 at Grace Lutheran School. I had been helping in the 5K room for Mrs. Knuppenburg and absolutely loved everything about this school community. What I am most excited about teaching 3rd grade at Grace is all the new adventures and discoveries we will be making throughout the school year.
I graduated from St. Norbert College with a communications degree then realized my passion for teaching and received my teaching certification from Carroll University. Prior to this year I have taught high school, 2nd grade, and 3rd grade at various private schools in the area. I have coached many different sports including gymnastics, tennis, and basketball, just to name a few. I have a passion for and love to play all sports, my favorites are basketball and downhill skiing.
I was born and raised in Green Bay and I am a HUGE Packer fan (sorry Pastor Howard). I now live in Germantown with my husband Greg and our 3 children Lucy (17), Jude (16), and Sally (13). I enjoy spending time with my family either up north at our cabin or in Door County. My children are very active in their sports so currently my days are spent watching them do what they love which is competitive cheer and hockey.
I am thrilled to have the opportunity to be part of the amazing Grace community. It is my mission to instill the love of learning in my students and for them to develop a desire to become life-long learners of Christ.
